Business Builders Round Table topics are only the beginning for many participants. Individual and organizational needs often reveal themselves during our sessions. Many wish to continue the process for themselves personally or within their work environments. LifeQuest Coaching is available to do that on a case by case basis.

Individual Coaching
Individuals can arrange for private coaching around specific professional needs, paid for privately or by their company or organization if they agree. Typically a 90 day commitment is important to see progress in any given area. Initial sessions may be either over the phone or face to face. Often the next step is to begin to work with the entire work team.

Team Building
LifeQuest Coaching is also available to help new leaders begin to build their work teams. Often some face to face time is necessary early on, but additional sessions can be by telephone. Assessments are valuable to help colleagues start to speak the same language and work on becoming more effective in decision-making and execution.

Free Initial Assessment of Needs
You may request an assessment of your work needs at any time. This may be accomplished over the phone or with a face to face meeting, perhaps away from the work property. There is no charge. Next steps, if any, can be discussed at that time.
