Rod Giles MA,MBA has been a manager, teacher, trainer and group facilitator for over 30 years, working in a number of positions in the service and health care sectors. He has also experienced the joys and the difficulties of small business owners trying to grow ideas into going concerns. Rod brings his experience and “big picture thinking” to help others in executive and leadership development through Business Builders Round Table Facilitated Peer Group Learning. In addition, he works with personal as well as business clients as they seek to turn passion and vision into reality.

Rod lives and gardens with his wife Charlene in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where the summers are long, the winters are short, and something is always blooming.
